Unable to start or Join Live class

Install the latest Erudex app available in the play store
Check Internet Connectivity is available
Check the Date and Time of the device it should match with the local timings
Check whether the application for live class is installed on the device
If the above steps didn't work for your device please use the chrome browser and use this Link and join the class

You will be able to join the class when the teacher starts the class
Urging you to check your microphone and camera access in Chrome and Safari before joining the class
If using iOS, we recommend you to join the class from Safari only and follow the above settings for Safari.
If using Android, we recommend you to join the class from the Erudex App and set Google Chrome as the default browser.
