Erudex is providing an interactive video-conferencing platform to help teachers connect with their students, For interacting with students even remote, users can use the Classes module for conducting Live classes based on their choice of meeting application

Supporting media for conducting Live classes

  • Microsoft Teams

Before Creating Live classes using Erudex, users need to integrate their choice of software and fill in with required credentials:

Pre-requisites for creation of Live classes:

  1. Users need to provide the keys in the Organization preferences

  2. Users need to install the application on their devices

  3. Login into the same account where the keys are generated

Creating a Class

Navigation for creating a new Class:

  1. After logging into your Erudex Teacher account, select the Classes module

  2. From the top right end corner, choose Curriculum.

  3. From the left menu, select the play symbol.

  4. Choose the Subject for which you'd like to create a class

  5. Click on Create button on the right side


  6. A slider will appear with the required input such as Name & Agenda of the Class, section, chapter, Date and Time, Duration of the class

  7. Provide the inputs by selecting Chapter & section, Name, Date and Time, Duration of the class, and Agenda of the class

  8. Users can clear the form by clicking on the Reset button at the bottom right corner

  9. if all inputs are as expected Click on the Schedule

  10. A new card will be added to the list with all the details provided in the form.

Update / Reschedule of Scheduled Class

Teachers can only Update/ Reschedule only before the scheduled time

A teacher cannot change the subject and Chapter (if needed Teacher need to Cancel and create in the desired subject)

Teachers can easily Reschedule or Update the scheduled class without any hassle, please follow the steps below:

  1. After logging into your Erudex Teacher account, select the Classes module

  2. Select the desired curriculum and subject, if multiple curriculums/subjects are assigned to you.

  3. Click on the menu button at the right corner of the card

  4. Select Edit it will reopen the slider change or Update any of the fields as per the requirement

  5. Click on Reschedule

Canceling the Scheduled Class

Teachers can Cancel the class only before the scheduled time

Cancellation of the scheduled class can be done by following steps:

  1. After logging into your Erudex Teacher account, select the Classes module

  2. Select the desired curriculum and subject, if multiple curriculums/subjects are assigned to you.

  3. Click on the menu button at the right corner of the card

  4. Click on Cancel

  5. The Class will be removed for all the students from their Available classes

Starting the Scheduled Class

  1. After logging into your Erudex Teacher account, select the Classes module

  2. Select the desired curriculum and subject, if multiple curriculums/subjects are assigned to you.

  3. Click on Start Class

  4. You will be re-directed to our video conferencing tool in a new tab.

View / Print Attendance of Completed Class

After Completion of the Class Teacher would like to check the Attendance of the class, Erudex will give all the details in view and printable format so that the teacher won't be having any trouble in teaching the class

  1. After logging into your Erudex Teacher account, select the Classes module

  2. Select the desired curriculum and subject, if multiple curriculums/subjects are assigned to you.

  3. Click on Completed

  4. Navigate to the exact meeting intended to get the Attendance report

  5. Click on View to get the Attendance report with the details as shown in the below picture

  6. Attendance reports can also be printed by using the Print button on the card
