Introduction

Assignments in Erudex are the tasks given to students by their teachers and tutors in online to complete in a defined time.They can also be referred to as the work given to someone as a part of learning.Assignments can be in the form of written,or even online.

Steps for Creating Assignments

  1. Login to your Erudex Teacher Account using user credentials

  2. Select the Assignments icon from the left side menu

  3. Select the desired curriculum, grade and subject you want to create the assignment

  4. Click the create option in the top right corner

5. A slider will appear with the required input such as Select Chapter,Name of the Assignment,Select Marks,,Publish Date ,Due date(should keep at least four hours) , Description , select section and Add attachments

6. When adding attachments, each attachment must be less than 10MB in size. You should only be able to keep five files and the files should be in PDF format, image format only

7. Provide the inputs by giving chapter name ,Assignment name,marks,Publish date,Due date,Description,section and attachments

8. Users can clear the form by clicking on the Reset button at the bottom right corner

9. If all inputs are as expected Click on the Publish.

Viewing the Assignment Status

  1. Login to your Erudex Teacher Account using user credentials

  2. Select the Assignments icon from the left side menu

  3. Select the desired curriculum, grade and subject you want to View the assignment

  4. Click the View option for the desired assignment you have created

  5. A window will be opened consisting of four section like All students ,pending students,Submitted students,Graded Students

Viewing the Student Attached Files

  1. Login to your Erudex Teacher Account using user credentials

  2. Select the Assignments icon from the left side menu

  3. Select the desired curriculum, grade and subject you want to View the assignment

  4. Click the View option for the desired assignment you have created

  5. A window will be opened consisting of four section like All students ,pending students,Submitted students,Graded Students

  6. Select the Submitted option,submitted student list will be opened

  7. Choose the Desired Student Click on the Grade

8. A slider will appear scroll down to Student attachments section click on eye icon

9. Attached file will open you can Zoom in the file by clicking on the ‘+' icon and you can zoom out by click '-’ icon

Providing Grade and Feedback to the Students

  1. Login to your Erudex Teacher Account using user credentials

  2. Select the Assignments icon from the left side menu

  3. Select the desired curriculum, grade and subject you want to View the assignment

  4. Click the View option for the desired assignment you have created

  5. A window will be opened consisting of four section like All students ,pending students,Submitted students,Graded Students

  6. Select the Submitted option,submitted student list will be opened

  7. Choose the Desired Student Click on the Grade

  8. A slider will appear in which you must assign score by entering marks or clicking buttons

  9. you can give the feedback in the feedback section

  10. After giving the score and feedback click on the grade option
