How to get Insights from Reports
Introduction
Getting Insights from the previous test results are very important to get to the summit stage. Having a summary stating all the pros and cons of the attempted test will help students to know where they can focus more on studying their weak topics, for this reason, Erudex is Introducing the Reports module for the students who are facing Competitive Entrance exams like JEE Mains, NEET, and Eamcet. In this module, students can find their test results in the form of a timeline with the use of Responsive Graphical representation.
Pre Requisite:
For Getting the Trend User must complete at least 2 tests in the span of the time filter selected.
Navigation to reports
Pre Requisite:
Students for accessing Reports user must be having Competitive Curriculum like JEE Mains, NEET, and Eamcet.
Login to your Erudex Student Account
Select the curriculum, grade, and subject for the test you want to check report
Select the bar graph icon from the side menu
Once the user reached the report module he will have Trend analysis in the form of a Line graph
Elements available in the Report
After Reaching the report module user can find the following:
Time Filter - 1,3,6 Month period difference
No. of the Tests Submitted based on the time period
Toggle for switching between Graphical and Tabular View
Trendline of Score
Average Percentage
Highest score
Least Score
Test list
Chapter list
Time Filter
As per the Academic Year, the time period is split into 4 periods as follows
Last 30 Days
Last 3 Months
Last 6 Months
Last 12 Months
Users can select the specific period by clicking on the time period to view the test based on the time period input, by default period is set to the latest i.e., Last 30 Days which it implies will show the test conducted by the Organization within 30 Days, using this feature user can view the tests conducted based on the calendar, Erudex will store 1 year of data so Users can download result and view the test participation status.
